- ONE® ID is an identity and access management service that enables facility staff to securely access digital health applications such as the Health System Insights (HSI) platform.
Why
- All HSI users including the HSI Facility Role Administrators (HSI FRA) must have a ONE® ID account to use the HSI platform features.
How

Your facility’s ONE® ID LRA is responsible for managing ONE® ID accounts for staff at your facility.
