Add or Edit Role

HSI FRAs may add or edit existing HSI user accounts.

Add Role

  1. Log into the HSI FRAT
  2. Click the All Users button
  3. Search for the user,  and click on the user’s name to view their User Information Panel
  4. From the User Roles section, click the Add New User Role button plus symbol icon
  5.  Select appropriate HSI Profile from the role field
  6. Select the appropriate location
  7. Click the Save button checkmark in the middle 
  8. Enter a Note (i.e., Manager Mike Smith approved) and click Save.

Edit Role

  1. Log into the HSI FRAT.
  2. Click the All User's button
  3. Search for the user,  and click on the user’s name to view their User Information Panel
  4. From the User Roles section, click the Edit button pencil writing on a board
  5. Select appropriate HSI Profile from the role field
  6. Select the appropriate location
  7. Click the Save button checkmark in the middle
  8. Enter a Note (i.e., Manager Mike Smith approved) and click Save.
