About eReferral Insights

The eReferral Insights dashboard is intended to provide visibility and generate insights into new eReferral Network activity in alignment with PB4P (Patients Before Paperwork) strategic priorities.

Content

This dashboard provides an overview of eReferral activity, including volumes sent and received, sender and receiver details, and provider activity metrics such as the number of active and inactive users, as well as new adopted providers engaging in referral activity. Metrics are available at both regional and service area levels.
